St James Infant School, Daventry is looking to appoint two enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We have vacancies for:

🌱 Teaching Assistant – EYFS
Support our youngest learners as they begin their educational journey, helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn.

📚 Teaching Assistant – KS1
Work alongside our teachers to support children in Years 1 and 2, helping them develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

Can build strong relationships with children and colleagues

🏁🏁Time for our Summer Reading Challenge finishers leaderboard now. 🏁🏁
We’re into the final stages of the Reading Challenge now as the last date for finishers is Saturday 12th September. Braunston is still top of the leaderboards this week. They’ve done a truly outstanding job of holding on to first place. Flore have also done an amazing job this week by moving up from third place to second place. Newnham have also moved up one spot this week from fourth to third place. All of this movement has meant that Monksmoor have dropped from second place to fourth. The Bliss Charity school are still holding onto fifth place keeping Ashby Fields out of the top five. Well done to all of our finishers from the last week, and well done to our top five.
