Something that began a while ago is taking a new shape…

Moonglade Market is being reimagined 😍

Originally created as an online marketplace & exhibition, Moonglade Market is now evolving into something much more community-focused - a space for independent makers, crafters, artists, practitioners, therapists, creatives & small businesses to come together, share what they do & get their work in front of people who actually want to discover it!

The group is free to browse, so if you’re simply looking for something lovely, local, unusual or a little bit magical, come on in 💖

But if you want to sell your products, promote your services, showcase your work, connect with other creatives & become part of the Moonglade Market community, you’ll need a stallholder membership.

…& it’s only £5 a month.

That’s less than a pint of cider! 🍺🍎

You can pay monthly & cancel whenever you like, or pay for a whole year upfront (£57pa)

Hello witches! 🖤 We’re nearly there!

With W.I.T.C.H. Festival just around the corner, here’s everything you need to know before you arrive so that you can get through the gates, find your way around & get straight into festival mode.

🌙 FRIDAY NIGHT - THE W.I.T.C.H FESTIVAL WARM-UP

We’re kicking things off on Friday night with a little W.I.T.C.H Festival warm-up - & everyone’s invited!

It’s completely free to attend, so come down, have a drink, check out the venue & get yourself into the festival spirit before the main event on Saturday.

Live music will start at approximately 7pm.

If you’ve not bought your festival ticket yet, you can also buy one when you come down on Friday night (subject to availability).

So if you’re local & fancy a little Friday night outing, come & see what we’re all about. Grab a drink, have a listen to the music & get a sneak peek at the W.I.T.C.H Festival site before the big day. 🖤✨

🕙 GATES OPEN - 10AM

The festival gates open at 10am.

Our traders will already be set up & ready to welcome you, so you’ll be able to explore the site from the moment you arrive.

🚗 ARRIVING BY CAR

There are two entrance gates:

GATE A - CAMPERVANS & CARAVANS
If you’re arriving in a campervan or caravan, you must use Gate A as these vehicles cannot fit beneath the railway bridge. Purple Spider: The Learning Bus. please take note as we didn’t book the special plane in the end ✈️ 😉🤭

GATE B - CARS
All other vehicles should use Gate B.

There are a small number of disabled parking spaces available. Three of these have already been reserved for guests who have contacted us in advance.

🎟️ YOUR TICKET

Your ticket will have been sent to you with your confirmation email when you purchased it, so please check your inbox & your spam/junk folder if you can’t immediately find it.

Can’t find your ticket? Don’t panic! Hattie has a master list of all ticket purchases, so simply come & see her when you arrive. She can check your name against the list & get you checked in - you’ll then be given your festival wristband. 🖤

🎟️ WRISTBANDS

When you arrive, you’ll be given your festival wristband.

Gold wristband - All Day ticket holders
Green wristband - Half Day ticket holders

Your wristband is your access pass to the festival.

No wristband = no access to the main arena & no access to the bar.

If you’ve got friends who decide they’d like to join you, tickets can be purchased on the door, subject to availability.

Anyone purchasing a ticket on the day must come to the festival reception (see Hattie!) to collect their wristband.

Anyone found on site without a valid ticket/wristband will be asked to leave.

🔮 WORKSHOPS

Our workshops begin at 12 noon, with something happening every hour throughout the afternoon.

12pm - Miranda Bishop: Rocks & Reiki
1pm - Si Machin: Tarot
2pm - Ebonie Allard: Soul Contract Guide
3pm - Sammi Jane: Ta**ra
4pm - Sarah Reaves-Town: Yoga
5pm - Marina Beech: Akashic Records
6pm - Dr Liz Sparkes: Shamanic Sound Journey

There’ll then be a sound check for the musicians before we move into the evening entertainment.

🎶 LIVE MUSIC

Live music is expected to begin at approximately 7.30-8pm.

We’ll have performances from:

⭐ Starcrossed
🔥 Fire Fan Performance from Miss Pyromantic - approximately 8.45-9pm
🎶 Niles Boyton - support act
🎤 Nigel Clark - headline act

Nigel Clark will be performing until approximately 10:30pm.

🔥 IMPORTANT - FIRE SAFETY

PLEASE DO NOT BRING DISPOSABLE BARBECUES OR START FIRES ON SITE.

We are holding W.I.T.C.H Festival on a working arable farm, in a wheat field, during an exceptionally dry spell.

This is a serious fire risk.

If you’re a smoker, please take extreme care when disposing of ci******es & make absolutely certain that they are fully extinguished.

Please don’t be the person who accidentally sets the wheat field on fire. 😂🔥

🌙 LEAVING THE FESTIVAL

The festival gates will close at 11pm.

If you’re not camping, you must be completely off-site by 11pm.

Once the electric gates close, you will not be able to leave the site in the usual way, so please don’t leave it until 10.59pm to start looking for your car. 😂

Campers can remain on site overnight as arranged.

🥾 A QUICK NOTE ABOUT THE SITE

Remember that we’re on a working farm, so please come prepared for uneven ground & rural conditions.

We recommend suitable footwear, weather-appropriate clothing & bringing anything you’ll need to stay comfortable throughout the day.

And obviously - bring your witchy selves. 🖤

It’s going to be a beautiful day of music, magic, healing, connection & community, followed by an evening of live music under the stars.
