A huge thank you to all our children, families and everyone who joined us for such a special leaving party. We’ve made so many precious memories together, and it was lovely to celebrate this next big step.
We are incredibly grateful for the gorgeous gosling print and the wonderful blackboard gifted to the nursery. Such thoughtful presents that will be treasured and enjoyed by future generations of little ones for many years to come. 🐣🖤
To our Class of 2026 — we are so proud of you and wish you every happiness and adventure as you spread your wings and head off to your next chapter. You’ll always be part of our nursery family. 💕🌈

Montessori based Nursery School for children aged three months to five years of age, with afterschool club for children up to the age of eleven.
So this weekend has been spent preparing for our new autumn term, whilst also planning for our children who are here throughout the holidays. We have some beautiful sun flowers to paint pictures of tomorrow - making use of some of the card used for packaging round our new shelves. Vincent Van Gogh watch this space.
Summer is passing quickly. Yay for our air con !
It’s a strange time of year. Saying goodbye at different times to our leavers. We are sad to see them go - but are confident that all of our little peeps are ready and prepared for their next adventures.
Wow 29 years at this site and four in our Tenterden rented halls. No wonder we now have nursery children’s children attending. It’s so lovely to do what we do # #

Our lovely - all be it still slightly small eggs are for sale in a basket by entrance gate. Do please buy some, funds used for fun things and meal worms ! 😂

Exciting Monday for some of our children who saw the fire engine come past their class on route to rescue one of our neighbours sheep who was stuck in our pond up back - thank you to our local fire and rescue crew who responded super quickly.

M asked me what happens when a plant doesn’t have sunlight to grow- so we did an experiment. Our cress didn’t grow that tall so the children decided to write Stevo some letters to ask him to please buy some cress 🥰

Planting sunflower seeds as part of our spring themed activities sparked interest in sun flowers. We brought some in to look at and then also looked at that famous painting by Vangough. Some of our Goslings decided to be artists too and just look at their fantastic original interpretations of their own sunflower painting # #

Wow ! Fine motor skill and eye hand co-ordination all at the same time. This is an old Autumn pic, atm we have frogs and tadpole models ready to fall as the pasta moves. Such fun whilst also promoting concentration and attention.
