To all of our ex-pupils receiving their A level results today. This is a milestone, and you should be incredibly proud of all the hard work, resilience and studying that got you to this moment.

Remember that A-Level results are just one step on a much longer, exciting journey. Whatever numbers or letters are on that page today, they do not define your intelligence, your worth, or the incredible potential you have to achieve great things. There are so many paths to success, and today is simply the beginning of your next chapter.

Take a deep breath, celebrate how far you’ve come, and know that your former teachers and Cuffley School community are cheering you on every step of the way! Best of luck today!

I’m ready! Today’s the day! The solar eclipse will be visible from about 7:15pm.

Only watch with safety glasses….or in true primary school style, make a pinhole camera in a few easy steps!

All you need is:
- a cereal box
- tin foil
- plain white paper
- a glue stick

Assemble:
1. Cut a piece of paper to fit the bottom of the box and stick it in
2. Cut the flaps off the side of the box.
3. Form a centre strip in the middle of the box using the flaps (a couple of cms). Cut the extra flaps off. Glue the centre strip together.
5. Cover one of the ‘holes’ with tin foil and secure with tape (shiny side in).
6. Make a tiny hole (using a pencil) in the centre of the foil.

Goodbye to our children moving to new schools/houses/new adventures - we wish you well.
Goodbye to our families who have been with us for many years - thank you for your support and kindness.
And goodbye to our valued staff as they move on to the next chapters in their careers and lives. May success come your way.
