YOUNG CARERS TEAM MANAGER
36 hours per week, Salary range is £34,636-£36,605 dependent on experience Generous holiday entitlement – starting at 28 days PLUS bank holidays
We are looking for an adaptable and confident leader to line manage a team of five remote-working staff, who are passionate about supporting young carers and helping them reach the best possible outcomes. You will either be an experienced line manager, looking for a role that can offer you flexibility, a great work-life balance and the opportunity to manage a team who really care about the work that they do. Or you will have some supervisory experience and be looking to develop your management potential. Either way, you must have comprehensive experience working with children and young people in health, social care, education or the charity sector.
CARERS SUPPORT ADVISER
18 hours per week, starting salary for 18 hours is £14,192. This equates to a full time equivalent salary is £28,385 Generous holiday entitlement – starting at 28 days PLUS bank holidays
Our Carers Support Advisers provide information, advice, signposting and advocacy to adult unpaid carers about their rights, wellbeing and benefits. We currently have a vacancy for a Carers Support Advisor to work within South West Surrey, and run a weekly Carers Hub. You must have had experience of working with and advocating for adults and families and have an understanding of carers rights. You will have knowledge of legislation relevant to carers and disabled people.
