Our very own Mrs. Timms is taking part in a charity walk for St Christopher’s Hospice, a local organisation very close to her heart. They provide incredible care and dignity to people and their families during end-of-life journeys.

Last week in DT, 1 Ash got creative exploring different weaving techniques 🧵🎨
From traditional weaving to circular patterns, the children loved getting hands-on with a range of materials and designs. It was fantastic to see their focus, creativity, and growing confidence as they carefully threaded and layered their work.
We were so proud of their enthusiasm and the beautiful pieces they created—well done, 1 Ash! 👏

Today, Year 2 explored just how important clear, precise instructions are—by watching how easily breakfast can go wrong! From spilled milk to cereal chaos, it didn’t take long to see the problem…
Next, it’s over to the children to become instruction experts ✍️
Can they write a set of clear, step-by-step instructions to make the perfect bowl of cereal?
