Sing and Sign Croydon, Addiscombe, Sanderstead & Purley Experience communication with your child before speech! Classes are aimed at babies and toddlers from birth to 2 years, and are fun-filled and relaxed.

Sing and Sign is an award-winning music programme which provides babies and their carers the opportunity to learn baby signing in the Croydon and Purley area. Babies aren't expected to sit on laps, they can roam freely while carers can learn the signs, which is easy as everything is set to music. Baby signing with Sing and Sign is easy because we make it fun to learn! Babies use all kinds of signs and gestures as a natural part of learning to talk. Encouraging your baby with extra signs like milk, more, change nappy or tired will help your baby communicate! Your baby will recognise important words sooner and can use the signs to “talk” to you before speech. Developed with the help of Speech and Language professionals and recommended by experts, Sing and Sign is Britain’s longest running and best loved baby signing programme. We can't wait to start our Autumn term very soon!

Our new 11 week term starts w/c Mon 14th September with different age appropriate weekly themes and finishing off with our Christmas special 🎄

With three age groups to choose from and sessions every week day across the local area there's plenty of choice. Trial spaces are now live on the booking site so if you haven't booked already grab one of our last few places, book a trial or tag/share with friends.

Pssstttt.... did you know twins get 'buy one get one free' at our classes?? Life is expensive enough we don't want you to pay double!

Why not come along and join Sing and Sign for our summer specials! All sessions include a themed class PLUS some stay and play social time before or after the session with drinks and cakes for the grown ups included and some toys left out for the babies and toddlers.

Our term has come to an end and we've had heat waves, first crawls, first steps, first signs and lots of laughter along the way 🥰

Thank you to all my wonderful families for coming and a huge HUGE thank you for my really kind leaving gifts from some little graduates 🎓 Some of you had been with me for 2 years!!! 😭 The goodbyes are definitely one of the hardest parts of the job! We never expect any gifts, seeing your little ones each week is the best gift of all but are always so touched if we do get any. The words in your cards or after last classes mean such a lot and make me well up every time! 🥹 You'll all be so missed!

We're really looking forward to seeing lots of you back in September or over the holidays for our summer specials.... bookings opening VERY SOON, keep your eyes peeled! ☀️

And that's a wrap Spring term 2026... !

With the end of term I am so incredibly proud looking back on so many moments we've shared with you and your little ones; milestones achieved, first signs, first crawl, first steps and rolling over. Seeing parents blossom with confidence more each week and making some great connections with other families. I absolutely LOVE having such a joyful job.... but then comes the goodbyes.... Some of you had been with me for 2 years and the farewells always feel tricky. To our graduates you'll be really missed 🎓🎓🎓

I am so touched and grateful for my gorgeous, thoughtful gifts and cards, they are never expected but appreciated dearly. (Especially when my favourite Malteasers and the 'chicken w**e' makes an appearance! 🙌 🤣) Some of your words really had me in tears though and meant such a lot.

I will always feel honoured when people choose to spend their time with us each week and promise to never take it for granted. Here's looking forward to a few weeks off before our Summer term kicks off!
