Yesterday, we took the time to connect with our staff on a 1:1 basis, focusing on their health and well-being. It was so important to check in, discuss any challenges they are facing, and ensure every voice is heard.

Our staff are the heart of Little Apples Day Nursery, and we are committed to providing the support they need to feel valued and thrive. We're reflecting on workload and making sure we do everything we can to support them!

Yesterday, our entire team, including our admin, chef, and housekeeper, completed our annual, mandatory safeguarding training.

This essential and emotional course ensures every single member of staff understands their responsibilities, can identify signs of abuse, and knows how to report any concerns.

We take accountability for the protection of every child in our care. Our commitment is to be the voice for the children who cannot speak for themselves, ensuring they are safe at all times.

We are truly overwhelmed by the incredible support shown for the family of Milton Smith.
