The space
The Conditions unit is split across the ground floor and the basement of the Whitgift. The events will take place on the ground floor and basement.
You can find the Conditions unit next door to Turf Projects.
There are toilets for visitors located in the Whitgift Centre. The nearest toilets are on the third floor, accessible from a lift in Whitgift Square (on a map below). The accessible toilet requires a RADAR key, which you can borrow from Conditions if you need.
We have some soft seating (some cushioned benches) and ample hard seating, which will be available at all events.
Guide/assistance dogs are welcome
The event is free
Getting there
There are multiple entrances to the Whitgift. A close-by street level entrance can be found on North End Pedestrian Precinct, pictured here.
The map below shows a possible route through the Whitgift centre to the Conditions unit with a drawn black line. From the North End pedestrian precinct entrance, you can follow signs to Whitgift Square, and from there follow signs to Trinity Court, which is where the unit is located.
The Artworks
Some of the Artworks in the exhibition feature flashing and/or bright lights.
One of the works contains horror/gore imagery - it is located in the basement.
Please do not let children under 13 use the VR headsets.
Please do not touch the works unless you are specifically told otherwise, some of them may pose risk of injury.
