We have been learning our Shapes and Colours. Have a look at some of the fun activities we have enjoyed which have supported our learning! Over the next couple of weeks we will be exploring what we know about Dinosaurs and Space. Keep a look out for the pictures!

Pre-School reopens tomorrow! We can't wait to see you all again.
We hope all of our families have had a lovely Christmas break - and are well rested for the New Year... there is lots to look forward to!

✨️ Nativity/Christmas Sing-a-long✨️
Date: Tuesday 16th December.
Time: 11am

We welcome all parents and carers to join us for this year's Nativity/Christmas Sing-a-long. The children have been practicing their singing (which we are sure you have been enjoying at home) and are ready to get you in the Christmas spirit.

All children are taking part in the Nativity unless you have requested otherwise.
If your child does not usually attend on a Tuesday, please drop them to Pre-School at 10:30am. Please confirm with staff if your child will be taking part.

🎄Christmas Party 🎄
This year our Christmas Party falls on Christmas Jumper Day - Thursday 11th December. We welcome the children to come to Pre-School in their Christmas jumper ready to enjoy the festivities... rumour has it that Father Christmas will even be passing by!
If your child does not usually attend on a Thursday, they are welcome to join us at 10.30 but we kindly request you collect them at 12pm just before lunch.

We have enjoyed learning about Autumn, Harvest and Black History Month. Have a look what we have been up to recently. This week we are celebrating Diwali 🎆

Since we returned from the Summer holidays, our topics have been 'All About Me' and 'On the Farm'. We have enjoyed many activities supporting our learning about these topics, and have loved our cooking and music lessons too.

This past week we have been learning "All About Me". We have had lots of fun discussing what makes us unique, we even had a go at making our faces on crepes in cooking! In the physical area we explored different ways of moving our bodies and at the playdough table we used our fine motor skills to mould our facial features onto foam faces.
This coming week children will be taking home bags they have decorated and we are asking they return them the following day, with an item they love that means something to them- this can be a cuddly toy, a book or even a family photo! We will then share what we have brought in with our teachers and friends.

After a great first week back, we are ready to go again tomorrow! All of our returning children settled back in straight away, and our new children were absolutely amazing starting their new journey with us ❤️ Have a look at what we got up to this past week...
