With over twenty years of classroom and tutoring experience, I offer expert, personalised teaching that genuinely makes a difference. I am a fully DBS-checked teacher and have previously worked as Head of English, enabling me to support pupils in achieving strong progress, increased confidence, and excellent results in both English and the 11+.

My students consistently gain places at a wide range of competitive schools, including the Sutton Grammar Schools, GDST schools (Croydon, Bromley, and Sydenham High), Whitgift School, Trinity School, and the Dulwich schools. I take pride in understanding each child’s needs and helping them reach the standards required for their chosen schools.

All of my GCSE students have been successful in attaining top grades, with a significant number achieving grade 8 and 9. This reflects my commitment to high standards, subject expertise, and tailored preparation throughout the course.

I also provide thoughtful, structured support for pupils with Dyslexia, Global Developmental Delay, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, adapting my teaching to ensure that every learner can thrive.
