During our Training Week, Croydon College and Coulsdon Sixth Form College staff enjoyed an eye-opening session on Creating a Positive Culture of Behaviours Across Campus, delivered by Dr Anna James.

The session helped our staff recognise why learners develop negative behaviours and how we can monitor our behaviours when this happens.
