We were proud to welcome the Croydon Youth Jobs and Skills Fair to Croydon College, bringing together employers, education and training providers and employability organisations to support young people across the borough.

It was fantastic to see almost 200 young people attend, exploring career opportunities, receiving advice, taking part in workshops and panel discussions and gaining valuable insights to help shape their future.

A huge thank you to all the employers, education and training providers and employability organisations who made the event such a success. Thank you also to Natasha Irons MP for Croydon East for supporting this important initiative and helping create opportunities for young people across Croydon.

Our Art students enjoyed a memorable first class day out at the Bluebell Railway earlier this month, travelling through the beautiful Sussex countryside behind the magnificent Lady of Legend steam engine. Some students even dressed up for the occasion!

Students also explored the exhibits and museum at Sheffield Park station, learning about the history of the railways and how steam engines work.

A huge thank you to Govia Thameslink Railway and Bluebell Railway for their generous support in helping make this enriching experience possible.

Earlier this month, we celebrated the achievements of our Health and Social Care graduates as they marked the successful completion of their course. 🎓

It was a wonderful opportunity to recognise their hard work, dedication and commitment throughout their journey.

Congratulations to all of our graduates. We are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and wish you every success in the next chapter. 💛

Staff, friends and family are invited to the Croydon School of Art End of Year Student Showcase, celebrating the creativity, talent and achievements of our students across Art & Design, Photography, Fashion Design, Games & Animation, Creative Media and Music Production.

Join us this evening for the Private Viewing and experience an inspiring exhibition of student work alongside live music, a fashion catwalk and an esports tournament.

We were proud to attend the Croydon University Hospital Estates and Facilities Day, celebrating the achievements of our SEND learners on the Supported Internship Programme at Croydon College.

Delivered in partnership with ISS Facilities, the year long internship provided learners with valuable hands on experience across a range of hospital departments including Pharmacy, Cleaning, Laundry and Transport. Throughout the programme, they developed practical workplace skills, increased their confidence and gained meaningful insight into the world of work.

It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase their hard work, recognise their accomplishments and highlight the positive impact of inclusive employment pathways in helping young people reach their full potential.💛
