What’s our role as coaches in the Word?
Often we observe a discrepancy between what we are able to do in the professional field and in the private field.

Who doesn’t find extra challenging applying the knowledge in their private situations? We do and we still think it’s fun.

NLP can make the difference, and we truly believe before using the techniques with clients we should start from ourselves and the effects will be seen on the people around us.

Let us know what so you think about ⬇️

And if you want to be able to specialise you communication skills, check our next courses in the Link in BIO!

*Where Emergent New Code NLP meets Generative Modelling*

The original link between John Grinder and Stephen Gilligan was NLP modelling. In 1974, at just 19, John Grinder invited Stephen to join the Elite Modelling Squad (EMS) he was putting together with Richard Bandler, with a very special target.

The target was none other than Milton Erickson, the legendary psychiatrist and hypnotherapist renowned for weaving hypnotic miracles with clients with serious medical issues, mental health challenges, and addictions.

Stephen became the prototype for the Erickson model, and with full testing of every pattern modelled being installed and tested in Gilligan.

In 2022 The NLP Academy hosted a unique Modelling seminar, as part of a programme called New Code NLP for Extraordinary Coaching, where a group of specialist New Code NLP coaches modelled John Grinder in action working with cold clients.

The results were indeed 'extraordinary ', and a complete set of new patterning was coded, which became known as 'Emergent New Code NLP'

Building on the above the sister company of the NLP Academy, The London Hypnosis Academy, will be hosting a seminar called 'Generative Modelling' with Stephen Gilligan in the hot seat as the modelling subject, and the attendees of the event will model Stephen in action as he works with clients.

This is so much more than recreating modelling history, we are building a brand new Elite Modelling Squad, to capture and utilise the patterns of genius inherent in Stephen Gilligan.

This will be the first in the series of Generative Modelling events we are lining up a top tier of modern-day change agents to be modelling subjects at future events.

You join the new Elite Modelling Squad, who will be coming together at the first Generative Modelling event, 6 - 9 November, live in Bristol, to model the legendary Stephen Gilligan

Here is a great example of the application of the Milton Model patterning in Mandarin, where one of our new Practitioners created an introduction to her own class with the patterning. Amazing 🇨🇳
