Next week we’re looking forward to welcoming carers into the Carers Support Centre for two drop-in sessions on Monday and Wednesday!
On Monday 10th March from 10:30-12:30 there’s an opportunity to meet Carers First who will be providing support services for carers from the start of next month. https://www.carersinfo.org.uk/whats-on/drop-in-to-meet-carers-first
On Wednesday 12th March we’ll be holding an informal social drop-in for our community of carers to come together with staff and volunteers, and reflect on the work we have carried out over the years. We're proud to be working in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Mind in Croydon to host a Croydon Families and Carers Mental Health Forum. Join us at the Carers Support Centre, 24 George Street, CR0 1PB, next Friday 16 Jan at 10.30am
The Forum is for you to ensure your voice is heard, and join a network of others who also support people with mental health needs. You can find out more about the support available in Croydon, and share your views on projects and developments from the NHS and Croydon Council.

Our next Dementia Carers Support Group is tomorrow, Tuesday 17th December, from 2.30-4.00pm. If you can't make it, a group is also being held online on Thursday.
This group is held monthly, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Friday 13th December, yoga 10.30-11.15 and sound healing 2.30-3.30, at the Carers Support Centre, 24 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1PB.
One week to go until our brilliant free yoga and sound healing classes, we'll be notifying carers who have secured a spot in the classes on Monday, so email or call us ASAP if you'd the chance to attend.
Email [email protected] or call 020 8649 9339, (option 1) and leave us a message with the following details.
Provide your full name, telephone number, and preference for yoga or sound healing. Slots will be allocated at random due to limited availability, if you have been given a slot you will be notified by Monday 9 December.
