Care To Listen is now officially a Charitable Organisation. (registration number 1215028) This has been a long-term goal for our agency, and we’re thrilled that it has finally happened. Becoming a charity will allow Care To Listen to continue long into the future and open the doors to essential funding and donations.

We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead and grateful to everyone who has supported us on this journey We are keen to find beneficial ways for our new status to support our clients, our counsellors and our community of Croydon and we hope to implement new services and developments in the coming months. Our Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, accredited by CPCAB, will be starting a new cohort at the end of September 25 with a group of excited, keen and fresh trainee Counsellors preparing themselves for the world of counselling and therapy. Our course is 2 academic years, term time only and held in the wonderful Ashburton Hall, Addiscombe, easily accessible from all of South East London, Surrey, Kent and surrounding areas.
We still have places available, we would love to hear from you if you want to train with an innovative, professional and well-respected independent training school. (must have completed Level 2 and Level 3 to qualify)

CTL are proud to be offering free counselling sessions under our Croydon Community Counselling project. Please see details below for who is eligible and how to contact us.

We are looking for any Trainee Counsellors who have already completed a Level 2 in Counselling Skills, wishing to embark on their next step towards their qualification. CTL School of Counselling will be running a CPCAB accredited Level 3 in Counselling Studies (CST-L3) on Saturday mornings from 1 March to 19 July 25 and we would love to hear from anyone who may wish to join us.

*We are hiring* Care to Listen School of Counselling are currently recruiting for Level 4 Counselling Tutors to deliver our new Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in the Autumn term 2024. This is a part time contract until July 2026 and the role will involve face to face teaching on a Friday in Croydon. If you are a qualified counsellor with a minimum of two years teaching and assessing at Level 2 and 3, then this may be a role for you - for full details please see our advert on our Care to Listen Counselling LinkedIn page 🎓

It’s around this time of year that we consider resolutions for the new year and if any of these 👇🏼 sound like they might be yours then perhaps our Level 2 course in Counselling Skills would be of interest - we have daytime and evening course options for 2024 and this course isn’t just for those wanting to train as counsellors, but for those who are managers, team leaders and also those who work with vulnerable service users.
