Today we delivered another high impact personal development day at Pinewood for a cohort of specialist data scientists and software engineers from a significant high value client.

Using our unique approach that blends Appreciative Inquiry, Self Actualisation Theory, hands on practical problem solving and immersion in nature, we successfully exceeded the client’s requirements.

Direct feedback from participants strongly advocates our small cohort approach, technical subject matter expertise and outdoor woodland setting which created a uniquely immersive and high impact learning environment that was completely different from any of the other ‘conventional’ training events they had completed.

We’re proud to being able to contribute to this organisation’s important mission and work to improve staff cohesion and retention in these specialist technical data capabilities.
