I have dropped my prices for Equicoaching sessions 🥳

I understand with the cost of living increasing and the ever growing struggle of life, times feel tough and we all need support so why should that support be so expensive?

I want to make it easier for people to access the help that they need.

Equicoaching is an unconventional approach to life coaching however it is an effective alternative form of support that is amazing for the soul ✨

Rach and I have been working on this and are super excited to show you guys ✨🙌

Ever looked at your horse and thought ‘I’m not riding that!!’ This demo at on Sunday looks to unpick what’s going on and what we and the horse are seeing and feeling as we prepare to work together, and how we can use both a human and horse ‘body scan’ approach to name what we’re experiencing and bring harmony to the session.

✨ Who is your inspiration? ✨

I have been teaching my youngest client (to date) for a few months now and she has truly opened my eyes to what is horsemanship on a blank slate.

As a child, we have less conception of right and wrong in the horse world, other than what we are taught, so instead of teaching her what I believe, I simply ask her what she thinks. The responses she comes up with, often after asking her pony what he thinks too, are eye opening.

Children are magical. The way they see their horses opens a new window to horsemanship, and the lessons that I have learnt from children have been the most life changing. 🪄

This young girl is my biggest inspiration when redefining what horsemanship means to me.

All of this to say, let’s stop deciding based on other people’s opinions, and let’s start creating our own decisions within our partnerships to decide what we need to do for ourselves and our horses. Sit with your horse, hug them, talk to them. Be partners 🤍

All moved! The boys have arrived at their new home and have settled in well so far. They are excited to be in a herd together and will be able to build their brotherly bond 🥹🤍

We are moving! 🏠

A little life update and two moves to mention.

Move 1: My home base 🏠
I have moved to Liden, Swindon which may make me more accessible to some of my clients! this affects all of my rider coaching clients as this will dictate where the new travel charge will be calculated from. The changes have happened over the past 2 months as moving house is not a quick process 😁

Move 2: The horses 🐴
As of early November, both of my boys will be moving to Farringdon. This will only affect my Equicoaching clients as they are the ones who work with my own boys. This may also affect clinic locations so keep an eye out for that. 😁

We are very excited for the new changes and hope that the change over runs smoothly 🤍 As always, thank you for the support as this makes such a difference to us.

I have been a bit quiet on my socials for a little while but I am back!

Taking time to recharge and heal is super important for everyone and that is what I have been doing. Going on adventures with not so baby Kees, slowly picking up clients again and just enjoying life ☀️

Mental health is at the forefront of what I do, and is something I have struggled with myself for many years. Recently, I have found it harder to deal with everything at once, so needed to take a break to get better. It is super important to help yourself so you can better help those around you ❤️‍🩹
