Always fascinates me how still Snakes hold there head and the Strength they have just before they strike. This is Donald our 23year old Royal or Ball Python. He has been an amazing part of our encounter team for over 15 years now.

There's something I been thinking about doing for a while so there's no time like the present.
On Sunday the 13th of September at Hopley House Farm Shop we will be holding sessions open to ex military personnel to come down have a brew and maybe learn a few things about our team of birds of prey.
The meet will be a regular event held on the second sunday of every month (dependant on extreme weather and/or a major event is on) from 10.30am till 12pm with no cost to the participants, apart from a tea kitty😉. For the first session while we all find our feet there will be limited places. If you are interested in coming down and getting involved drop me a message and I can get you booked in. First session max 8 people.

Eventually we get round to pull the raffle for the family encounter prize. The winner from both events Betley and Queens park national play day is Steve with ticket number 110.

Its been another busy weekend with Betley Show on the Saturday and then over to Middleton on sunday for a Jumanji themed fun day for the kids.
