"Bewbush Playbus and its memories"

Rescued from the scrap-yard the real Bewbush Playbus was taken to Gatwick airport ; transformed into a playbus! It flew in the imagination of the children!

The Bewbush Playbus worked primarily in the area of Crawley West Sussex. The project worked with mainly young families and was a much loved and valuable mobile community centre. Over the years the project helped to set up and advise other mobiles in Newhaven; Worthing; Mid-Sussex; Bognor Regis and Brighton. In addition the project met other mobiles from as far as Scotland.
