Based in Cramlington, i run outdoor fitness classes and circuit training for mixed gender groups, women only and 1on1 private sessions.

My name is Steve, i have more than 10 years experience in fitness coaching and time served as a Soldier and a Physical Training Instructor in the Armed Forces. In my military career i have trained with Regular units and Elite units including the SAS. Whether you want to just dust the cobwebs off, lose weight or train for a marathon, in my classes you WILL achieve your goal. If you have any questions at all just ask.
