January seen us settle back into a routine after all the Christmas excitement. We got back to our gymnastics and toddler groups. The orchard was of for the month of January so looking forward to getting back to that soon. We also managed woodland walks, soft play, Townhill Loch and park and burntisland beach and park. Indoors we had burns crafts, made a burns Scottish cafe and tried a lot of Scottish food for snacks

Childminder now signed of for the rest of the year. My favourite and quickest month of year with the kids (and most exhausting 🤣). I love it. Hope everyone has a lovely time of 🎅 🤶 🎄

September saw of the last of the summer weather and the start of autumn. Lots of activities exploring autumn and the most exciting time of the year at the orchard. We've picked apples and blackberries and turned them into pancakes. We've made smoothies at the orchard using bike power and pressed our own apple juice. Still been nice enough to enjoy parks almond valley as well as settling back into our groups

August saw the summer holidays end and the new school term start. We managed lots of fun in the sun before donning our uniforms again though with bus trip to dynamic earth, our annual camping day at loch leven with our new oversize beach ball was a great day, another favourite crab fishing, linlithgow palace, beescraig park a walk over the forth road bridge, science experiments, our pool party day, st fillans cave, a water fight and bbq at the orchard and to end it on a bang a day at the bowling and a treat mcdonalds. Everyone then settled back in to school with Millie away to high school and Albie joining us. We've settled back into our usual activities and enjoying the last of the summer weather

What a busy July. I had a break the first week and enjoyed a wee holiday. Feeling refreshed we have managed a bus trip to edinburgh museum, innoflate, almond valley, riverside park, a sour sweetie challenge, trip to Aberdour where we saw loads of jelly fish and learned all about them from the lifeguards, an under the sea party, a space party and a jungle party all courtesy of sunflower nurture centre, ravenscraig park, wellsgreen farm where we had great fun feeding and brushing the animals, lomond centre fun day where we also celebrated a birthday, paddling pool day , craigtoun park, a bbq at the orchard, Briarlands farm, community safety day at the meedies and harvested our carrots and onions we've been growing. Can't believe we are more than half way through the holidays already. Now to make the most of the last of our break 😀
