Been a wonderful first event for us back at the Weald & Downland Living Museum this weekend in the toll house explaining the lives of the people who lived here in 1809. Come down and see us but we will be back later on this year.

Winding down now for the end of the season Lindsey and I are at the Weald & Downland Living Museum in Whittikars cottage for this weekend training volunteers in Victorian laundry and also discussing Michaelmas.

Last event of the year and we are pooped! After 9 weekends on the trot we are definitely in need of a good break, a big thank you goes out to everyone who booked us this year. Please get in touch early for next year as it’s already booking up!

Well what an incredible 4 days at Alnwick Castle we had, lots of interesting conversations and lots of pink, red and purples dyed across skeins/silks and lengths of wool! Still have dyed pink hands!

But now home a quick turnaround and jump forward 400 years to pack WW2 land army and WVS for Windsor castle this weekend!

Come see us talking Tudor natural dyes and we might do a few salves as well!
