The Institute of School Business Leadership prides itself on its non-partisan stance. However, on matters of huge importance and significant impact on our professional community, we cannot remain silent. We have long been strong advocates of careful and effective resource management, but funding insufficiency across the areas of basic entitlement, SEND, capital and workforce retention cannot be fixed through the better management of resources alone.
