One of the the biggest problems I encounter when working with students is helping them to remember the huge amount of content covered in the science specifications.

Information is lost over time when there is no attempt to retain it. It is important that students revisit previous topics.

Spaced repetition technique: After the initial learning, revisit the information the next day, on day 3, on day 7 and then after 21 days.

I am an experienced, qualified secondary school science teacher based in Coventry. I teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics GCSE separate and combined. I also teach Biology A-Level and BTEC Applied science.
