My first ever attempt of growing a beard 😅
All my life I've always disliked the shape of my mouth area (personal thing)
now I feel comfortable enough to post a selfie 🤣
Can I still call it arm day even though gyms are currently closed? 🤔💪
Here im focusing on
✔️Upright posture
✔️Core tight
✔️Elbows fixed
✔️Arms stretched at bottom ✔️controlled concentric movement
✔️Peak contraction at top of movement
✔️Focus on controlled eccentric movement
✔️Trying not to look silly on camera and ✖️ failing 😅

Believe it or not the smallest details can drastically change your workout, for better or for worse.
Here we are focusing on wrist placement when performing bicep curls
✖️ Avoid rotating your wrist inward so that knuckles are facing you.
✖️This will overactive your forearms and minimise bicep activation
✔️Have your wrist more straight and still, knuckles slightly towards the ground.
✔️This will minimise forearm activation and increase bicep contraction.
If you are unable to keep your wrist straight and still, you're more than likely using too much weight.
✔️ Give this little tweak a go next time you train biceps and I garantee you will notice the difference 💪

Major benefits of wearing straps is that it allows you to lift a weight that your back is capable of lifting, while maintaining good form.
It allows to take the wrist out of the equation, allowing total mind muscle connection on the back
It allows the back to each muscle fatigue BEFORE your wrist dose.
And NO it's not bloody cheating!
