Reception had a fantastic visit from a local police officer this morning as part of their topic, People Who Help Us.
The children learned about the important role the police play in keeping our community safe and now have a clearer understanding of stranger danger and how to contact the emergency services if they ever need to.
We are grateful for this valuable learning opportunity and for the officer’s time and support. The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit! 👮🏼♀️🚓🚔🚨
This Morning PCSO 8893 has attended St Francis School to speak to the reception class on how the police help people and what to do in different situations. They loved sitting in the police car putting the lights and sirens on!

In year 3 the children created lovely artwork inspired by the story of Zacchaeus climbing the tree to see Jesus. As part of our Reconciliation learning, we talked about the importance of saying sorry and making things right. The children shared thoughtful reflections and some wonderful creativity!
Thank you so much for your wonderful donations for our Reverse Advent!
Your kindness is making a real difference, and we are so grateful for every single item that has come in so far.
We are especially collecting donations of pasta, rice, tinned goods, chocolates, and Christmas treats, so please keep them coming — every contribution truly matters and helps support those who need it most. ❤️

🎉 A Special Celebration! 🎉
On Thursday afternoon, our Year 6 students and the school choir spent a wonderful time together celebrating their recent Sacrament of Confirmation. It was a joyful gathering filled with pride, friendship, and gratitude.
And of course… cake was enjoyed by all! 🎂✨
Congratulations once again to our newly confirmed students—may this milestone continue to guide and inspire you. 💛
