Sunny days are on the way but it looks like a real mixed bag of weather for the next few days! Please make sure you bring a coat, sun hat and water bottle to school every day and don't forget to slap on the suncream before you come in. We are looking forward to seeing our families this morning for the last week of the half term.

Today, year 5 had fun experimenting and testing different materials to find out if they were soluble or insoluble. They had to explore fair testing and work together to draw their conclusions.

Today in Reception, we learnt about the NSPCC’s Pantosaurus and the Power of PANTS! 🦖💛

Through the story, the children explored important messages about personal safety, privacy, and consent in a child-friendly and age-appropriate way. Using the PANTS rule, we discussed:
👖 Privates are private
🗣️ Always remember your body belongs to you
❌ No means no
💬 Talk about secrets that upset you
🆘 Speak up — someone can help

The children engaged brilliantly with the story and conversations, and they especially loved designing and making their own colourful pants! 🎨👖 It was a fun and creative way to reinforce these important safety messages in a safe and supportive environment.
