After a sold-out performance at last year’s Summer in The Ditch, Town Hall favourites Q***r Noise are back for an evening of q***r music, poetry and performance from some of the UKs most exciting new artists.  

The line-up includes Ray, a BLACK, trans and q***r poet, performer and facilitator who is interested in provoking discomfort in audiences and himself with his work. Themes include: Identity, the body, food and links between consumption and perception.

He has performed in bars, cafes, restaurants, theatres, streets, a bathroom, a barn, a kitchen and once outside a Tesco (express) because a man asked very nicely.

Online Creative Writing classes for ages 8-17!
We have developed a special online live course which guides your child through the creative process in planning, writing and executing their first creative work and then publishing it at the end! ✍️

- We will develop and expand your child’s imagination and creativity. ✨

- Give feedback during and after every session on your child’s creative work.

- Increase their confidence, English writing and communication skills over the course. ✅

- Not to mention that they finish with their own printed and published book on Amazon at the end!

It’s their chance to test their creative skills, fall in love with writing and give you the chance to get them off their video games and YouTube whilst giving you some YOU time to do whatever you need to, without distractions.✨

Boys Move is this Sunday!

Boys aged 8 - 18 can join us this Sunday for the chance to try a variety of dance styles. We want to inspire boys to try something new and take up dance, so we do not require any previous dance experience. Classes will take place from 10am until 5pm with expert teachers in styles including Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and Chinese Classical Sword Dance

Collaboration post!🤩

I’ve been so busy preparing for the festival that I’ve just realised I haven’t actually posted about it on this account!

I’m having the best time as this year’s Festival Director for Surrey New Writers Festival 💙! Working alongside Beth Roberts and Leon Lynn has been a dream and I’m so grateful for the work we do together and the commitment we all have for the festival🎉.
