In this class Students used oil pastel to enhance and exaggerate facial features to create a caricature of King Charles. These techniques can be applied to draw anyone and some opted to design their own. Well done everyone, this was a challenging lesson 🤩

Well done to all of our Spring 2024 class, the high level of skill from our students this term has been wonderful to see.

These 3 dedicated students created the 3 most popular pieces at our end of term exhibition in Cotesbach. Our overall winner Tina, has used acrylic paints to create a pretty Spring woodland with a colour palette inspired by Monet.
Gerry has used watercolour washes and biro to create the majestic cockerel in a Jeremy James inspired style and Marie has skilfully used just coloured pencils to create the shiny, metallic surface of the Easter egg.
