Our new cookery school timetable is here. Alongside our regular favourites, we’ve added some exciting new classes including Mexican cooking, Chinese cooking and a brand new supper club experience.

Whether you’d like to learn new skills, cook something different or just spend an enjoyable evening around great food, we’d love to welcome you to Olive Tree Cookery School.

Wild garlic is available in abundance at this time of year. To make wild garlic butter which you can freeze for summer barbecues and cozy winter dinners all you need is one bunch of wild garlic leaves and one punnet of salted butter.
Method:
Soften butter
Roughly chop the wild garlic leaves
Blend together using a hand blender
Refrigerate for up to two weeks
Freeze for up to one year

Another successful foraging class.
The next Coastal Foraging and Cookery class is on the 24th of May (2 places available) also new this year is the Coastal Foraging Walk, which is a guided walk on the 20th of May from 10.00am until 12.00pm learning all about which wild plants are safe to eat.
