🌾🍂 Harvest Service – Thank You! 🍂🌾

A huge thank you to everybody who joined us for our Harvest Service at Coppull Church of England church this morning! It was lovely to see so many of you there. ❤️

⛪ A special thank you to Rev Matt for welcoming us into the church and leading such a lovely service.

🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Thank you also to all the parents and family members who came along to support us on the walk to and from church. Your help is very much appreciated!

🥫 Finally, a massive thank you to everyone who kindly donated food. Your generous donations will be delivered to the Living Waters Church Food Bank next week, where they will help families in our local community. ❤️

🎶 And one final apology… I’m sorry we ran out of song sheets! A big well done to all the adults who did a fantastic job of lip-syncing their way through the hymns! 😂👏

Thank you again to everyone for making our Harvest Service so special! 🌾🍁

People often ask me, “What is OPAL Play?”

Well… this is OPAL Play in action! 💚

Children being creative, adventurous, imaginative and, most importantly, having the freedom to just be children!

Play is where friendships grow, confidence builds and lifelong skills develop. ✨

We believe every child deserves an amazing childhood and play is a huge part of that.

That’s why we’re committed to providing every child with an hour of high-quality play, every single day. No exceptions.

Because play matters. Every child. Every day. ❤️

🌟 Our Year 6 Beacons Leading the Way! 🌟

What a fantastic afternoon with our newly established pupil leadership group – our Y6 Beacons! 💙✨

Today, we headed out for our very first team meeting at DUNYA DESSERTS ! 🍰🍨 Because all the best leadership decisions are made over something sweet, right?! 😋 Safe to say, the Beacons were very enthusiastic about our choice of meeting venue! 😂

We also visited a range of local businesses to share information about our school sponsorship scheme. 🏫🤝

Our Beacons were understandably a little nervous at first, but WOW – did they make us proud! 🌟 They showed incredible courage, stepped outside their comfort zones and spoke to local business owners with growing confidence, maturity and professionalism.

It was wonderful to see their confidence grow throughout the afternoon. These are the moments that make pupil leadership so special! 💙

A huge well done to our Y6 Beacons – what a fantastic start to your leadership journey! 👏🌟

And a big thank you to the local businesses who took the time to listen to our young leaders today! 💕

And this year’s Spirit of Games award winner… COPPULL PARISH 💙🥇

This award was announced as ‘the most esteemed award of the evening.’ The beautiful words spoken about our school summarised perfectly our values, ethos and Christian spirit!

Well done to all our teachers, pupils and families - we truly deserved this one! Very proud! 🥹

It was lovely to welcome little ones and their grown-ups from our local community back to Toddler Tales this morning! 💕

This week’s theme was Elmer, bringing a lovely splash of colour to a rather rainy morning! 🐘🌈

The wet weather may have kept a few people away this week, but it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits! ☔️ We still had lots of fun together!

A big thank you to everyone who braved the rain to join us. It was especially lovely to see some new faces alongside our familiar ones! 🥰

We love seeing our little Toddler Tales community grow and look forward to welcoming everyone back on Friday 23rd October, when we’ll be heading into the deep, dark wood for some fun with The Gruffalo! 🌳🐭🐾

New faces are always welcome, so if you haven’t joined us yet, we’d love to see you!
