Most people think fitness means saying no to life.
No nights out. No fun. No family time.

But the truth?
I train hard. I eat smart.
And I still go on holidays, enjoy dinners, laugh with my daughter, live my life.

The difference?
I’ve built a lifestyle that gives me both, results and memories.

Dads, stop telling yourself it has to be one or the other. You can have both.
Are you ready to?

👉 DM me “LIFESTYLE” and I’ll show you how.

Your kids don’t need another excuse.

They don’t need to hear “I’m too tired” or “I don’t have time.”

They need to SEE you show up. Strong. Consistent. Leading from the front.

Because one day they’ll copy your habits. Your discipline. Or your excuses.

So which one are you handing down to them? 👊

Stop with the f**king bu****it excuses men, that's all they are, EXCUSES.

She doesn't notice or realise it now.

One day she’ll be old enough to notice.

And I don’t ever want her to be embarrassed by her dad.

I want her to be proud, proud that he looks after himself, shows up, and leads by example.

That’s why I do the work. For her. 💪

Are you 🫵 putting in the work?

P.S. I'm aiming to be the Dad version of Stifler's mum (IYKYK)

On Sunday I ran my first half marathon. Truth is, I thought I was signed up for a 10k, but Coral had other ideas. With zero training for it, I crossed the line in 1:59:32.

What carried me through wasn’t months of running prep, but the way I live and train daily, a lifestyle that keeps me ready for any challenge. This is what I train for, to be READY for anything that comes into my life.

During the race, I kept reminding myself how lucky I am just to be able to do this. I was talking to myself like a madman haha. Yes, it was tough. But that’s what made it rewarding. And when I saw Coral and Nylah cheering at different points, and then finally at the finish line, I was completely overwhelmed. It was an incredible feeling and one that just makes me want more.

This wasn’t just a run. It was a reminder that the example I set, the support I have, and the pride I feel in pushing myself matters.

This is only the beginning of the challenges ahead.

If you want to push yourself and make your health and fitness a priority, start today, the journey is worth it.

I had a long hard day at work, she didn't know this. So she wanted to play in the garden, running around having fun.

Then we sat here for a while — just chatting toddler nonsense, pointing at everything saying "Daddy what's that?" , and laughing at nothing.

And I thought to myself…

This is why I train.

Not for abs.
Not for ego.
But so I’m still around in 20… 30… 40 years to do this same thing.
Still able to lift her up.
Still full of energy.
Still present.

I train for longevity —
So I can be a strong, healthy dad now…
And a strong, healthy grandad later.

That’s what really matters.

So if you’re a dad reading this — and you’re still putting it off — ask yourself honestly:

What’s going to matter most in 10 years?
That night out? That extra hour in bed?
Or knowing you’re fit, proud, and setting the example?

You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to start.

Drop me a message and I’ll show you how.
