To celebrate our P7s receiving their SEAG transfer test results on Saturday the 24th of Jan, we are giving them a FREE HOT CHOC AND BROWNIE each!!😋🥳

Mums and dads, if your little one didn’t do the transfer test, we think they deserve a treat as much as their classmates, just have a discreet word with one of our team members🫶

SEAG 2026 Dates! ⭐️

📰 SEAG 2026 Dates Confirmed! 🥳

In case you missed it…SEAG Dates for 2026 have been confirmed:

The actual tests will take place on:
- Saturday 14th November 2026
- Saturday 21st November 2026

And Registration will open (online) on Monday 18th May 2026 and close on Friday 18th September 2026.

My natural reaction would be to say, ‘don’t miss it’ but it you follow this Page I don’t think there is not much chance you will be able to avoid the reminders.😃

Again there is no week break in-between (there was the first year) but that worked well last year so no reason to change it this time.

Info about SEAG 2025 (results + next steps)

💥 Key Dates (From Here) 💥

A lot of questions about timescales moving forward, so here is a quick summary.

The four main events are:
📌 SEAG Results Day - Saturday 24th January 2026

📌 EA Connect Portal Opens For Parents To Make School Choices - Tuesday 27th January 2026
💥 This is where parents access their child's record online and make their school choices.

📌 EA Connect Portal Closes - Thursday 19th February 2026.
💥 This gives you more than three weeks to make school decisions which is plenty of time so you do not have to rush, but at the same time you don't want to be too relaxed about getting this completed and sent off.

📌 EA Sends Out School Confirmation Email - Saturday 9th May.
💥 At this point the parent / carer of the child will receive an email confirming which school the child has been offered and for most people this is where transfer process ends and they can start to look forward to their new school in September.
