The 161st Bream Gardening Society Summer Show takes place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bream Sports Club on High Street in Bream, Gloucestershire. This traditional village event features judged homegrown produce, crafts, and family entertainment.

LIVE PERFORMANCES in NEWENT - Topaz! This Saturday 15th August. 📍 Market House, Newent ⏰ Market open 9am–1pm with live performances between 11-12pm.Come and enjoy great food, local shopping, and live entertainment—all in one place!
In partnership with Newent Town Council, Canopy is providing a programme of live performances at Newent’s Saturday Market - taking place on the third Saturday of every month. Designed to enhance the shopping experience and bring fresh energy to the town centre, these performances will feature a variety of local talent, from musicians to artists and drama groups. With around 16 stalls and growing, the market offers everything from fresh produce and baked goods to flowers and handmade items.

Canopy was delighted to be part of this year's Mitcheldean Festival with hands-on workshops and artist-led activities.

As well as our free drop in art workshops, we'll be sharing what Canopy is all about and what's coming up over the next year.

Pick up one of our walking maps, discover creative events happening across the Forest of Dean, chat with the team and find out how you can get involved.

We'll be on the playing field from 1pm–4pm on Saturday 18 July alongside a fantastic afternoon of village fête fun, music, entertainment and family activities.
