Your fitness routine shouldn’t only work when life is going perfectly.

You don’t need perfection to maintain your results.

You need a routine that works when motivation is low, life gets busy and things don’t go exactly to plan.

That’s where training, nutrition, recovery and mindset come in.

Sometimes all you need is someone to give you clarity, structure and accountability that can make the process a lot simpler, that can give you that little bit of an extra push on the days you find harder.

Consistency will always beat constantly starting over.

Sometimes you have to trust that investing in yourself will be worth it.

The return doesn’t always come straight away.

You don’t see it after one workout, one healthy meal or one week of consistency. Progress isn’t linear. There will be peaks and drops, but over time those small decisions start to add up and eventually you realise how far you’ve come.

When I first started training I had no idea about so many things, like,
- Using machines
- Thinking training 7 days a week was the way forward
- Going overboard on cardio.
Over the years I’ve learnt so much and my training has changed many times to find what’s right for my body.

I had to trust the work I was putting in would pay off.

Looking back I can say for sure that it has.

So if you’re currently in that stage where you’re putting in the effort but not seeing the results you want yet, don’t give up on yourself. If you need some guidance, give me a message to work together 💌

Here are your simple reminders for this week.

You don’t need to make it complicated, overthink, or always be going so intense. Improve these things over time and you’ll have a solid routine that fits around your lifestyle ✨

Small things done consistently win over intensity, always.

Not sure what you need to focus on? DM me FOCUS and we’ll work it out 💖

Just working quietly in the background 🫡

Training when I can.
Working hard.
Building a better life.

It can feel messy, but that’s part of it ✨

Sometimes your body asks you to take a step back.

When you’ve worked hard for your progress, taking your foot off the gas can feel harder than pushing yourself to keep going. ✨

Forget sun, sea & sand.
Recently it’s been sun, short shorts & sweat ☀️

Training hasn’t been at its highest or most intense this past week and that’s ok. There have been times where I’ve felt guilty but showing up is the main thing, ensuring that I am consistent in whatever form that is 💪🏽

If you’re new to the gym this is all you need to get started.

You don’t need to overcomplicate it.
Keeping everything in their simplest form is how you’ll:

- Stay consistent
- Actually see results you’re proud of

- Keep the structure simple
- Have basics in your structure, always. Just progress them in the form of reps, weight, sets.
- Keep track of what you’re doing, then you can see how you’re progressing and always see the wins big or small.

And, if you don’t want to have to think about which exercises, how many reps & sets or you just simply are a bit stuck on where to start, I can help get you to where you want to be 🩷

You start.

You miss a few sessions.

You tell yourself you’ll get back on track next week.

Then next week becomes next month.

Before you know it, you’re back at day one.

Not because you’re incapable of getting results.

Because every time things get difficult, you start over instead of carrying on.

Results come from showing up even when motivation is low, it comes from sticking to a plan and not changing things up every week.

If you’re tired of repeating the same cycle, DM me “CONSISTENCY”.
