☀️🌡️ Heatwave Reminder! 🌡️☀️

With the temperatures set to soar, please make sure dancers come prepared for class!

💧 Bring plenty of drinks (and then some!)
👕 Wear cool, comfortable clothing
🧻 A sweat towel or cold wet flannel can really help
⏸️ We’ll be having plenty of drink breaks throughout classes

The most important thing is that everyone stays safe, hydrated, and ready to dance! 💖🩰

🏆 Colchester City Championships! 🏆

A huge well done to all of our dancers who competed yesterday! There was some very tough competition, but everyone danced beautifully and gave it their all. We were thrilled to see so many callbacks throughout the day! ✨

Special shout-outs to:
💖 Ava – competing in her very first ADFP competition and dancing amazingly in every category!
💖 Lily – gaining grade points in both her Fast & Slow solos and earning a grade move, meaning she is now a Starter in Fast! 🌟
💖Ivy gaining a grade point in Fast!
💖 Aleah and Mia gaining a grade point in Pairs!
