Introducing Game of the Week! 🎉

This week’s game: Ono 99
A brilliant card game that helps children develop mental maths, decision-making, and confidence—all while having fun! This game allows for quick decision making through using addition and subtraction.

A Harry Potter–themed English lesson was requested—and delivered! ✨
Incorporating students’ interests is a great way to boost engagement and make learning more effective.

Tried something different in this week’s sessions….and it was a hit 🎲

We played “Mathopoly” to practice problem solving, and honestly, it didn’t even feel like a lesson. Lots of laughs, a bit of competition, and some really great thinking along the way.

I love finding ways to make math feel less stressful and more natural—because that’s when it really clicks. These fun games do the same as worksheets but are more engaging.
