S.O.S Dance is a Friendly and welcoming Street Dance School open to anyone from 5yrs+ from beginners to advanced, we will have a class for you. We encourage our dancers to embody the passion and feeling associated with dance, regardless of ability.

On Wednesday I had the pleasure of being invited back as a guest teacher for Stagecoach Colchester summer bootcamp at Mercury Theatre Colchester .
I absolutely love seeing the progression from the students each year and equally meeting the newbies.
Without fail its always such a lovely group!

WOWEEIIIII this team of talented humans absolutely smashed our annual show, 'The Journey' celebrating 20years of SOS yesterday and not one but two back to back shows! Its safe to say we were melting at the end but it was worth every minute! The support, joy, improvement, encouragement was felt around the room and I have had endless feedback of pure praise for what an amazing job you all did! So so proud of each and every single one of you!
SHOUT OUT : Katrina Rose for joining me on the dance floor and her naration skills. Corinna Bourke ,mother and father and for costumes,tech and setup, I'm truly grateful for you all at each and every show. Michelle Denny-West for the amazing hampers! Zoe Usedon for costumes and my PA. Luke Tatchell for joining team PA too.

**PROUD**A few weeks back I received a thank you message for the lessons/technique I had taught many years ago. The extra knowledge in various styles helped a particular individual stand out at an audition leading him onto his new career path! (Its nice not to be forgotten knowing your teaching helped guide a path for someone. That's what we do it for right!)
Let me introduce you to this bundle of talent aka who started dancing with S.O.S Dance from around 11yrs of age! It fills me with pride to announce that in 2weeks time he will be joining the cast of Mamma Mia on the Allure Of The Seas with Royal Caribbean Entertainment for the next 11months!!! You are going to absolutely smash it! So so proud of you! I can't wait to hear all about it! Enjoy every moment! ❤️
Yesterday we took some of our students to perform at the festival .
Its safe to say everyone had a blast and performed their socks off and left quite an impression as my inbox hasn't stopped!
Super proud of everyone you were awesome!

OMGollyyyyy they arrived and I love them! The Nordic Sisu symbol from my heritage has been placed on the back representing the inner strength to carry on when things get hard just pops and looks EPIC....ill be handing them out over the coming week!
Absolutely loved teaching this one in open class tonight. So powerful! A few of you missed it but dont panic there is still Tuesday sessions and also next Friday to catch those afro soul mj feels.

Today one of my adult students showed me a tattoo she just got and .....I cried. (I never thought I could cry over a tattoo but I did!)
I know how much SOS has helped this individual and the fact that something I have created means so much to that person to have it tattooed was just so insanely touching.
I love the moomins ,im also known as moomin momma to most and the balloon is a symbol of love from a previous show we had done and in the core of that heart is SOS Dance.....I feel so touched!
P.S Disclaimer, I'm not encouraging my students in anyway to get tattooed lol
