We are proud of our school and like to celebrate success - at every level. Our school is driven by enthusiasm and a desire to make learning exciting and stimulating. We want our children to aim high, develop a love of learning and inspire others to achieve success during their school years and beyond. For this to happen team work is essential. Education at Goldenhill is a joint venture involving everyone - children, parents, staff and the wider community. Hi All,

We wanted to let you know that CBBC's Saturday Mash-Up is back in studio from Sat 5th September until 13th December and we wish to invite all children aged 9-12 yrs to join our on-screen audience at BBC Scotland for an incredible experience.

The show features music, celebs and games with lots of slime. The audience are featured on screen and are part of the action throughout. There are many opportunities during the show for audience members to take on fun roles on the day. This is a rare opportunity for children to experience the making of a live TV programme.

We also encourage groups to join us in studio so please let us know if you would like to discuss making this happen for your group. To register a child for ONE of the below dates, please click on the link and fill in the form. There will be opportunities for each child to join us for a second show later in the series so please only select one date at this stage. Sign up ASAP as shows book up fast.

Get active at Levengrove Junior Parkrun every Sunday!!!

Did your child take part in the Fun Run and has been inspired to keep running?!

The Levengrove Junior Parkrun takes place in Levengrove Park, Dumbarton, every Sunday morning at 9.30am.

This launched in July 2022 and is a completely FREE 2k event providing children aged 4-14 years old with the opportunity to have fun and get active outdoors in their local community.

It is part of the global Parkrun organisation and is run by a group of local volunteers who ensure that every child is welcomed and encouraged whatever their ability.

It’s the perfect event for families to get fit together, extra training for children who are already runners or great for children who are keen to start running!

Adults simply register their child online beforehand to get a free personalised Parkrun ID barcode to bring with them to the event (on a phone or printed).

If you are interested in your child getting involved please visit www.parkrun.org.uk/levengrove-juniors/ for more information, to register and to get their parkrun barcode.
