This video is the outcome of our first experience of working with Hodge House Community Centre. Since then we’ve been delivering sessions, which are now open to all, not just the youngsters!

Tomorrow will be the first of our ‘Home in Nature’ sessions.

These sessions are all about using the community garden space to connect with nature and give you the opportunity to help shape the outdoor space going forward.

I will be in the garden from 13:00 tomorrow and would love to have some company! See you all there…

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

We all know someone who’s ’a bit OCD’ but have you ever looked into what OCD actually is and how it impacts people’s lives?

Steve’s story shows how debilitating OCD can be and what successful recovery looks like.

He went on to found Asto to give more people access to clinical treatment and he continues to tell his story and help others find recovery.

BPR CVS Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

We’re thrilled to welcome Steve Turnock, OCD advocate and founder of Asto Clinics, as our special guest this Thursday at 6:00pm. Steve has personal experience with OCD and will share his story, insights, and how the right support can transform lives.

He’s was featured in a documentary on channel 5 called ‘Do you have OCD?’

When: Thursday, 7th May at 6:00pm
Where: Hodge House Community Centre

About Steve: Founder of Asto Clinics (UK charity established in 2020 to provide effective OCD treatment). Steve’s journey from living with OCD to helping others is a powerful reminder of hope and recovery.
Asto Clinics: A catalyst for access to evidence-based OCD treatment. If you’re seeking help or more information, visit their site: https://www.astoclinics.com/

We can’t wait to hear Steve’s story and discuss practical steps toward managing OCD together. See you there!
