I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with 25 years of experience. During this time whole class sizes have increased and I have seen that children of all levels of ability make accelerated progress and develop greater confidence when they take part in regular small group sessions. During my 1 hour sessions, children will be given work that is tailored to suit their individual needs and hav
e immediate interventions from myself to dispel any misconceptions and correct any mistakes. I use well-chosen practical maths resources and high quality texts that I match to the interests of the children I teach. Previous tutees have taken part in sessions with enthusiasm and have enjoyed seeing for themselves the progress they have made. I am really looking forward to using all my skills, experience and enthusiasm to work with small groups of children and see them shine!
