Class 5 & 9 really enjoyed visiting Essex Police Museum this week, Miss Root and Mr Saxby even got put in the stocks by some very stern looking police officers!

🚴Class 5 and 9 students have absolutely loved taking part in the inclusive cycling sessions at Acorn Village and the Dovercourt Hub. Many members of Class 5 showed just how much their confidence has grown by cycling along the seafront path each week. They successfully navigated real‑world obstacles, including using a zebra crossing safely whilst on the trikes and navigating cycling when there's dogs off leads along the prom! A brilliant demonstration of their growing confidence and independence 💪. Thank you very much Wheels for All Wheels for All Tendring.

Class 5 enjoyed a lovely visit to Flatford Mill this afternoon, the setting was calm and peaceful. We even stood in the very spot where Constable painted his iconic work, The Hay Wain, and later found the famous painting in the art gallery. It was a lovely experience for everyone. 🌳Flatford NT

Do you know someone or support someone with additional needs thats looking for fun and social activities in a friendly environment? Come along to The Hub Club, an evening filled with Disco, Arts, and Games designed especially for adults with learning disabilities!

Enjoy music and dancing in the disco room, get creative in the art room, and have lots of fun with games. Plus, drinks and snacks will be available to purchase in the café.

🗓️ When? 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month
🕡 Time? 6:30pm - 8:00pm
💷Cost? Only £3 per person
