It's been a busy busy period. We've done so much more regarding setting up but there wasn't "contentable" videos to post. We're at the stage in our planning where we're ready to lock-in a store and immediately begin renovating and ordering.. 🍵: DESCRIPTION: A semi-fermented tea, with large curled leaves that unravel in hot water. Originating from the Zhejiang province in China this tea has an earthy aroma and smoky flavour with a refreshing aftertaste.

This tea is used as the base for Morrocan Mint Tea. A perfect all day round cup.

🍵: APPEARANCE
The brew is a "Gold Metallic" (Light golden yellow) - Thin/Opaque

🍵: TASTE
Bold and slightly bitter start but finishes with a light smoky tail

🍵: HYGGE FACTOR
6/10 - It's a very strong smoky drink which though I find delicious I do not find very relaxing.
