‘Please Mr Panda’ is a lovely book we’ve recently found.

It’s was read many times last week, (and will be I’m sure in the future), understanding why we say please and thank you when things are offered to us.
We continued this story by walking to our local Tesco to buy our own donuts (lovely treat) as that’s what the story is based on.
This enhanced their learning by talking about road safety, manners in the shop, using the scanners and counting the donuts!
Colouring donut pictures finished off our day with lots of talk about the different patterns and colours used, along with getting to grip with our pencil control.
