It makes me really sad when people say ‘it’s just my life or it’s just my luck’.

You don't have to stay stuck in a story, a new word in a sentence, a new sentence in a paragraph, changes the story!

When we can understand why we feel the way we do & we spend some time with those feelings, rather than doing our best to run away from them, we can then work out how to start moving toward how we would like to feel.

In a much shorter space of time we can feel in control and happier, in a moment, more relaxed and calm or we can keep running until we can’t run any more, then through pure exhaustion try to work it out.

Become friends with your feelings , all they want to do is guide you, listen to your thoughts because only you truly know you ###
