💚 We’re back ! 💚

What a fabulous first day back after the summer holidays! ☀️ We’ve loved welcoming our children back and seeing those happy faces as everyone settled back into pre-school life.

Our hall has had a little revamp too! ✨ A fresh new look, lots of exciting areas to explore and plenty of opportunities for the children to learn through play, creativity and curiosity.

Today has been all about reconnecting with friends, making new memories and having lots of fun! 🥰🧸🎨📚

Safe to say… we think we’re going to have a very special year! 💫

🇪🇸💃 ¡Hola España! 💃🇪🇸

We’ve had a fabulously fiesta-filled day at Holiday Club! 🎉 The children explored Spanish culture through lots of fun, hands-on activities.

We enjoyed a delicious tapas-inspired snack, trying a colourful selection of tasty bites and talking about how tapas are a popular part of Spanish food culture. 🧀🥒🥓

Then it was time to get crafty! 🎨 The children designed and decorated their very own castanets, ready to make some Spanish-inspired rhythms and get those little fingers clicking! 👏🎶

A day full of creativity, culture, delicious flavours and plenty of Spanish sunshine vibes! ☀️🇪🇸

🇮🇹🍕 CIAO, ITALIA! 🍨❤️

Today we took a trip to Italy at Holiday Club, discovering more about Italian culture, traditions and, of course, some delicious food! 🇮🇹✨

The children got creative making their very own colourful gelato crafts 🍨🎨, using lots of bright tissue paper to create their yummy looking ice creams! We also talked about how gelato is a much loved Italian treat and explored some of the different flavours we might find in Italy. 😋🍦

We also enjoyed making our own Italian style pizzas, choosing delicious toppings such as pepperoni, ham, sweetcorn and cheese! 🍕👩‍🍳

From pizza-making to gelato crafts, it was a day full of creativity, learning and lots of Italian fun! 🇮🇹❤️

Exciting News – We’re Becoming Little Rainbows! 🌈

We’re excited to share a little update with you! 💛

Over the coming weeks, we will be bringing all of our pre-schools together under one name:

🌈✨ Little Rainbows ✨🌈

While our name may be changing, everything you know and love about our pre-schools will remain the same. Our wonderful teams, caring environments and commitment to giving every child the happiest possible start will continue just as before. ❤️

Having one name across all of our settings will help bring our pre-school family together and create one recognisable identity as we continue to grow.

You may start to notice our new Little Rainbows name appearing on our signage, social media, paperwork and communications over the coming weeks.

We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait for you and your little ones to be part of it! 🌈

🇯🇵✨ Konnichiwa, Japan! ✨🇯🇵

🍣 Let’s roll! The children became little sushi chefs as they made their very own cucumber maki rolls today. They explored the different ingredients, carefully placed the cucumber and rice, and practised their rolling skills to create their own tasty sushi. 🥒🍙 It was a fantastic opportunity to talk about Japanese food and discover how different foods are enjoyed in different areas of the world.🌍

We also got creative making our own colourful Japanese-inspired fans. The children folded, decorated and added beautiful flowers and leaves, creating bright designs Fitting the Japanese culture.

From rolling our own maki to creating beautiful fans, we had another fun filled learning about a new culture together. 🥒🍣🪭

Olá, Brasil! 🇧🇷✨

Our Holiday Club had a colourful and creative Brazil Day! 🌈🎉 The children learned about Brazilian culture and had lots of fun making their very own traditional festival-inspired masks, decorating them with bright feathers, sparkles, gems and colourful details! 🎭🪶✨

We also put our baking skills to the test and whipped up some delicious chocolate cupcakes! 🧁🍫 The children got hands-on with measuring, mixing and decorating, practising their baking skills while creating a yummy treat to enjoy. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

From fabulous masks to tasty cupcakes, it was a day full of colour, creativity and Brazilian fun! 🇧🇷💃🎶

🌍🇿🇦 Africa 🇿🇦🌍

Today we travelled to Africa and explored some of its wonderful cultures, traditions and flavours! 🌍❤️ The children got creative making their very own traditional inspired African necklaces, choosing colourful gems and decorations to create something special to take home. 📿🎨

We also had lots of fun exploring food and tried plantain, a popular and traditional food enjoyed in many African countries. 🍌😋 The children are excited to take their delicious treats home, taste something new and talk about its colour, texture and flavour. Enjoy ! 😋
