THE OAKS PRESCHOOL

We are eager to reassure people that The Oaks preschool in Chippenham (next to St Paul's School) will be open for business as usual from Monday 4th September 2023, for the academic year and foreseeable future. We understand that there are mixed messages out there and wanted to let you know directly to ensure the correct information is shared.

Thank you and please share......we are very excited about what 2023-24 holds in store especially after a very successful Open Day today where families came along and spent time being creative, meeting farm animals and having fun! And the sun shone too! It was wonderful 😊.

We want to wish everyone a lovely summer holiday and good luck to all those moving onto their new adventures at school ❤️.
We finished with 2 amazing graduations at Oaks and Spring.
We say farewell to our Spring preschool due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Oaks preschool remains open and we look forward to seeing you all in September.
Oaks peschool re opens on Monday 4th September 😊.

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking to appoint a new Manager for our two Pre-schools in Chippenham. 32 hours per week, term-time only, permanent contract, £13.03 - £14.46 per hour depending on qualifications and experience (please
note these are pay rates starting from April 1st 2023).

Are you looking to make a real difference to children’s lives?
Would you enjoy the opportunity to work in settings with a fabulous team for half the week and then have half a week for your managerial responsibilities?
Are you confident in supporting a team, leading meetings, and working with a range of different professionals?

This is an opportunity to manage across two pre-schools in Chippenham - both of which have had successful Ofsted inspections in the past 6

📣🗣 Tomorrow - Friday 3rd March - Come to Chippenham Spring Rise Children's Centre, SN14 0DH at 1.30pm to share your views on children's services with Wiltshire Council.

Cllr Laura Mayes, Cabinet Member for Children's Services, said: I want to thank all those who have already completed the short survey, which will help us shape how services are provided in the future. We know many people prefer to give feedback online and we would encourage people to complete the survey so we can really capture how Wiltshire residents prefer to access services and support in 2023.

There will be others who prefer to speak face to face and we plan to have 23 sessions across Wiltshire at different times, so as many people as possible can share their thoughts with us in person.

We encourage people to drop into these sessions and let us have their thoughts in person where possible. All the feedback is valuable to us and ensures we continue to provide services that are relevant and meet the needs of everyone."
