There was a buzz of excitement around the school today as the children carefully chose Father's Day gift surprises for the important men in their lives.

🎨✨ Year 6 Art Showcase ✨🎨
Our talented Year 6 artists have been hard at work developing their portrait drawing skills.
By focusing on individual facial features and exploring how to achieve realistic proportions, they are making fantastic progress.
Well done, Year 6—keep up the amazing work!
Children in Year 6 had an amazing time at Gilwell Park yesterday, enjoying a full day of exciting activities and new challenges.
They showed fantastic teamwork, resilience and positive attitudes throughout—rising to every challenge with confidence and determination.
To top it all off, they finished their day with a well-earned ice cream treat! 🍦✨
Day 4 - Longshaw Resdidential saw the children enjoying climbing and fencing - building confidence, teamwork and resilience!

Whilst some of our Year 6 children have been away at PGL, those who remained at Longshaw have also been having fun!
On Friday, the children put their culinary skills to the test, creating some delicious treats and today they too are taking part in outdoor adventurous activities during their day trip to an outdoor adventure centre ..... more updates to follow!

Longshaw Residential - Day 4
This morning’s breakfast came with a few tired faces after an exhilarating Day 3 at PGL!
The children had an amazing evening roasting marshmallows and singing songs around the campfire.
They’ve packed a lot into their adventure - and with still more to look forward to today, I think it's safe to say that there will be some very sleepy heads on the coach later today!
