Our MA Musical Theatre students are back in front of the camera today, filming with the brilliant Richard Dawes.

A lovely full-circle moment, as Richard first worked with the cohort right at the beginning of their MA journey. Now, as they head towards the end of the course and prepare to enter the industry, he is back capturing their work for their professional showreels.

Today we’re delighted to welcome Fiona Williams, Director & Dramaturg, to work with our MA Musical Theatre students.

Fiona is a director, assistant director, dramaturg and former opera singer working across opera, musical theatre and new writing. Today she’ll be working with our students on storytelling through song, exploring dramaturgy, character, intention and how we communicate a story through music and text.

Another fantastic opportunity for our students to explore their work from a different creative perspective and connect their training with professional industry practice.
