Affirmation of the day~ “I am Happy”

May you be happy, feel happy & spread happy today.
And if you aren’t… try holding your hand on your heart, take some slow deep breaths and say this affirmation to yourself. If you don’t quite believe it then just say it with intention… it might just prompt the shift you needed 🥰😘❤️

This is a lovely little ritual to practice with your children too- you can even do it together by placing one hand on each other’s heart and another hand over the top, breathing deeply and slowly, and reciting your chosen affirmation. Building on feelings of love, trust, connection by regulating together. A truly beautiful bonding experience✨
